Every fourth of July, my sister makes red, white and blue treats. Think pretzels covered in white chocolate with red and white drizzles, and vanilla ice cream with blue and red sprinkles. Along with that, she makes fruit platter with blueberries and strawberries that can be dipped in white chocolate.
The past three years, she has made this trifle over and over again. It has amazing fluffy layers of angel food cake, really light whipped cream, and lots and lots of strawberries and blueberries. The perfectly mix of the light whipped cream, plus the fluffy angel food cake blend perfectly with lots of tangy berries make for the perfect combination you’re going to love at every summer party.
