Growing up in a Cuban household, we had many pork meals. And by many, I mean at least 2-3 times per week, if not more. It was a common meat in our home, but it was always made in the same ways. There was no variety, nothing special. It became same old, same old. So boring.
So, after getting married, I began looking for new ways to make pork. Naturally, I love it because I grew up on it, but now I love it even more because there are so many amazing recipes out there to make it better. And this one is awesome!

Quick Tip: Be sure not to use thin cut pork chops, it just doesn’t taste the same and you lose so much flavor.
